After the first course of the meal:

The President with all the ladies (he stands, they sit)
Madam President with all the gentlemen (they will stand)
The President with his own dear lady

After the second course of the meal:

The President and his Lady with their family and equally importantly, their partners
The President and his Lady with their invited guests
The President and his Lady with members of (lodge name) lodge and their ladies

After the third course of the meal:

The President and his Lady with members of all other lodges and their ladies
The President and his Lady with anyone who has a birthday today
The President and his Lady with all non-masons and their ladies – and in doing so, he thanks you for your support.
The President and his Lady with the Festival Committee
